EXPO 2016 Antalya... following of the visits, the Agency ! #5

 
Now the following of visits in Antalya... always the first day, having discovered the construction site of the Expo, we're go to Aspendos avenue, where is the Expo 2016 Antalya Agency.
We are now in the major place of this project, where everything is created and decided...
Like what will be the Expo itself, the building is very friendly, colorful and cheerful, thanks in particular to the two mascots of Expo 2016 Antalya, Efe & Ece.






Journalists and myself are greeted by Ms. Pina ACAR, Communications Director and head of Public Relations. In the program, visit of the local of course, and above all, presentation of the team that invests itself every day so that this Expo will be a true success next year. A meeting with a Turkish coffee or tea to evoke different actions of communication, already organized and upcoming events.

Above, Ms. Pinar ACAR presents one of the projects through art workshops for children. From their designs inspired by the project of Expo 2016 Antalya, Antalya's Akdeniz University designers have implemented in volume these young artists creations, with particularly interesting and aesthetic results... Bravo!

As we noticed within the Agency, communication around the Expo is very important, it is obviously the key to success, even if it's still estimated that is never enough for this kind of event. More the distance instead of the Expo is large, less communication is important, we deplore this fact, but it's understandable, even in the context of an event of international scope as this horticultural exhibition of 2016, a communication internationally is costly and requires a deployment of energy certainly too important compared to the result.
But one thing is sure, locally, the energy is there and Turkish citizens are mobilized around this project, which is rather well relayed in the different organs of press and media in Turkey.
Below, the journal of the day of our arrival, with what make dream the future visitors to Expo 2016 Antalya.

This first day of visit to Antalya will end with a quick visit old city of Antalya... so beautiful, with a few surprises, which will enable us, once again, that the Expo is already omnipresent in the city!
