Qatar will join EXPO 2016 Antalya, Turkey's first botanic exposition. The commitment was made at a signing ceremony at the Qatar Embassy in Ankara attended by Salem Mubarak Al-Shafi, Ankara Ambassador of Qatar, Ambassador Erdoğan Kök, EXPO 2016 Antalya Agency General Commissioner, and Abdulaziz Al-Thani, 3rd Secretary.
Ambassador Al-Shafi said that they want to represent Qatar in EXPO 2016 in the best possible way and added, "It is a great pleasure to take part in EXPO. I wish the best for both countries." Ambassador Kök said that EXPO 2016 would help to deepen the dialog between the two countries.
